Results and measurement

A result is a chain of verified stages, not a pretty dashboard number.

Downpour is building a proof library from real owner-approved work. Until a result is verified, we label it honestly and show the measurement plan instead of borrowing someone else’s screenshot.

The evidence chain

Every stage has a definition before it gets a color.

A raw lead can be useful, but it is not a booked estimate. A booked estimate can be useful, but it is not sold revenue. Keeping the stages separate protects the owner from false confidence.

01

Inquiry

A call, form, chat, referral, or other first signal enters the operating path.

02

Qualified

The opportunity matches the service, territory, and fit definitions agreed with the operator.

03

Booked

An estimate or next appointment is actually scheduled, not merely requested.

04

Sold

The destination record confirms a won job, with the agreed source and service context.

05

Profit

Revenue and delivery economics are reconciled before the channel is called healthy.

What a scorecard answers

The owner should be able to make the next call.

Reports are only valuable when they change a decision: keep, fix, pause, expand, or stop.

What entered

Volume by source and service, with the definition of a qualified opportunity visible.

What moved

Response, booking, and sold-stage transitions reconciled to destination records.

What is unknown

Missing attribution, unverified stages, and data gaps shown without converting them to zero.

What to do next

A short decision log tied to capacity, scope, spend, and the owner’s current priorities.

Proof library status

Built from approved work, not borrowed claims.

Downpour’s own operating brands, Shingle Hero, Krystal Klean Exterior, and JAB Pressure Washing, provide portfolio context as systems are tested. They are not presented here as client case studies or guaranteed outcomes.
