Advertising budgets and third-party platform fees are separate from Downpour management fees and are paid directly by the client. Results vary based on market demand, competition, budget, reputation, offer strength, seasonality, and sales follow-up. Clients retain ownership of their domains, sites, ad accounts, analytics, and approved creative.
LSA eligibility, verification, and approval are controlled by Google.
Domain, hosting, premium app, and software costs are identified separately unless included in writing.
Monthly management includes the stated scope, not unlimited channels, creative, pages, or development.
